Agent Rules of Use1) This is a site for home based agents. All agents accepted for listing on HomeBasedTravelAgents.com MUST be home based. Any agent found to be falsifying his/her home based status or any other information required for listing at HomeBasedTravelAgents.com will be removed immediately and placed in a non-approved agent listing.
2) All agents accepted for listing on HomeBasedTravelAgents.com agree to respond to all consumer inquiries generated by HomeBasedTravelAgents.com in a timely manner.
3) All agents accepted for listing on HomeBasedTravelAgents.com agree to utilize Travel Ombudsman to help settle any disputes between two or more agents, agents and consumers or agents and suppliers, after attempts to settle any dispute directly have been unsuccessful.
4) HomeBasedTravelAgents.com, its parent company, Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc., subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents DO NOT certify or guarantee any person, agent, supplier, consumer, company or entity listed on, advertising on, utilizing the web sites or any other services provided.
5) By acceptance and listing on HomeBasedTravelAgents.com, participating agents release Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any other person, agent, supplier, consumer, company or entity using or listed at HomeBasedTravelAgents.com or any other company owned website, or by any other manner.
6) By acceptance and listing on HomeBasedTravelAgents.com, participating agents agree to accept e-mail promotions and solicitations offered by the properties, subsidiaries, divisions, licensees, advertisers, promotional partners, publications, and Web sites/online services affiliated with Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc.
DISCLAIMER
Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc. acts solely as a listing service for travel agents and suppliers of travel and other services (i.e., cruise lines, tour companies, hotels, airlines, railroads, and/or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation and/or other related services), herein referred to as "suppliers." Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc., shall not be responsible for any of the following:
a.)Any cancellation of services by any agent or supplier.
b.)Any changes or modifications by any agent or supplier of itineraries, air carrier, routing, scheduling, departure date, level of accommodations, etc. c.)A fluctuation in fares, rates, surcharges and/or prices differentials.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or agent to acquaint him/herself with the policy, terms and conditions of any agent or supplier utilized.
In no event shall Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc., including their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, or providers, be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, and/or delay due government restraints, weather or acts of God, accident, delay, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority, which may arise out of or are in any way connected with any use of our travel listing or referral services. Internet Ventures Limited Investments, Inc., is not liable for acquiring the proper documentation necessary for travel, including passports, visas, tourist cards.
